Managing Your Subscription

Manage your subscription from the Billing tab in User Settings.

Accessing billing

  1. Click your avatar → "User Settings"
  2. Click the "Billing" tab
  3. Here you can see your current plan, billing period, and payment details

Changing your plan

Click "Adjust plan" to see available options, or "Manage in Stripe" to access the full Stripe customer portal where you can:

  • Switch between monthly and annual billing
  • Upgrade or downgrade your plan
  • Update your credit card
  • View and download invoices
  • Cancel your subscription

Switching to annual billing

If you're on monthly billing, you'll see a green banner: "Switch to annual billing and save ~13%". Click "Upgrade Now" to switch.

Cancelling

When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of your current billing period. After that, you're downgraded to the Free plan. You can resubscribe at any time.

Data after cancellation

  • Your data remains in the cloud for 90 days after downgrade
  • Browser-stored data is unaffected
  • Merchant memory stops syncing but local copies are preserved
