- What you were trying to do
- What happened instead
- Your browser and device (e.g., "Chrome on iPhone 14")
- Screenshots if relevant (but never include your actual bank data)
Response time
We aim to respond within 24 hours on business days (Monday–Friday). Complex issues may take longer to investigate.
What we can help with
- Technical issues with upload, categorization, or export
- Billing and subscription questions
- Account recovery and deletion
- Feature requests and feedback
- Bug reports
What we can't help with
- Tax advice (consult a qualified accountant)
- Bank-specific issues (contact your bank directly)
- Password recovery for bank PDF files
Privacy note
When contacting support, never send us:
- Your bank account numbers
- Your SIN or government ID numbers
- Raw bank statements or transaction data
- Credit card numbers
If we need to investigate an issue, we'll ask for specific anonymized information.
